Ingeborg Hau è una storica danese dell'arte e della cultura impegnata nell'architettura sostenibile come curatrice ed editrice. Da oltre 15 anni lavora sul potenziale dell'architettura nello sviluppo sostenibile, come curatrice, autrice, dibattitrice, consulente e sviluppatrice di progetti.
Ha ricoperto il ruolo di vice commissario del Padiglione ufficiale danese alla Biennale di Architettura di Venezia 2012-18 per il Centro Danese di Architettura e ha scritto e curato diversi articoli e libri sulla sostenibilità in architettura, tra cui “An Architecture Guide to the UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals” e “Innovation of Nothing – the capabilities needed to drive sustainable change in the built environment”.
Il suo lavoro attuale si concentra sulle interdipendenze tra sostenibilità sociale e ambientale, un tema centrale in “The Rebuilding Project”, un progetto in corso avviato per generare comprensione internazionale e scambio di conoscenze sull'azione locale, la collaborazione e l'assistenza mentre si lavora in comunità che necessitano di ricostruzione.

Ingeborg Hau is a Danish art and culture historian engaged in sustainable architecture as a curator and editor. She has worked with architecture’s potential in sustainable development for more than 15 years, as a curator, author, debater, advisor and project developer.
She has served as deputy commissioner of the official Danish Pavilion at the Architecture Biennale in Venice 2012-18 for the Danish Architecture Center and has authored and edited several articles and books on sustainability in architecture including “An Architecture Guide to the UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals” and “Innovation of Nothing – the capabilities needed to drive sustainable change in the built environment”.
Her current work centers around the interdependencies of social and environmental sustainability, a central topic in “The Rebuilding Project” an ongoing project initiated to generate international understanding and knowledge exchange about local agency, collaboration and care while working in communities in need of rebuilding.
